餐廳室內設計 Aka Teppanyaki係一間日式同亞洲菜嘅餐廳,位於土耳其地中海沿岸一間度假酒店裏面。室內面積190平方米,可以坐48位客人,而露天平台就可以坐60位。餐廳中央設有一個配備鐵板燒烤爐嘅開放式廚房,四周圍住吧檯,客人可以近距離欣賞廚師烹調。名為「襖」(fusuma)嘅半透明趟門,啟發咗背光格子式牆身裝飾嘅設計。由木材同金屬管組成嘅立體天花,巧妙咁隱藏咗通風系統。
