寫字樓大廈 Kohan Ceram中央寫字樓大廈係德黑蘭一間磚廠嘅總部。呢座建築物包含陳列室、銷售辦公室同埋接待客人嘅單位。項目特別開發咗一種特製磚塊，將工業磚同鑄造玻璃結合埋一齊。每塊磚厚19厘米，喺兩層磚之間夾住一層隔熱層。呢種磚塊同時擔當砌築結構、飾面同隔熱嘅功能。同一種磚塊構成外部立面，又塑造室內空間，將日光引入室內嘅同時亦保護私隱。
