住宅大廈 The Rossmore係一座住宅公寓大廈，設計選址喺洛杉磯Hancock Park。大廈樓高十二層，設有六十八個單位，總面積達9,290平方米，並設有兩層地庫停車場。樓板、牆身同屋頂均採用交叉層壓木材（CLT）板材，令The Rossmore成為市內首批中高層木結構公寓大廈之一。外立面由高性能混凝土掛板配以雕塑元素構成。整體設計遵循周邊社區常見嘅裝飾藝術（Art Deco）風格原則。
