購物中心 北京旭輝廣場係位於北京房山區核心商業區嘅社區型購物中心。建築物係一個喺狹長用地上嘅填充式項目，尺寸為120米乘36.5米乘41.6米，總建築面積達47788平方米。設計突破咗傳統逐層排布嘅格局，加入咗跨層公共空間。東西兩側嘅室外扶手電梯直達三樓同二樓，形成多個入口層。頂層設有Open House，係一個接近1000平方米、樓高15米嘅空間。
